BDSM

BDSM stands for bondage, discipline, sadomasochism, and masochism. BDSM is a consensual kind of role-play, which may or may not include all 4 of the above activities. In BDSM, partners create sexual tension, pleasure and release through negotiated “scenes” involving restraint, pain, power, domination, and/or submission. These scenes often involve the use of props, toys, ropes, or other items, and may revolve around certain fetishes, or specific sexual desires of the participants. A key component of BDSM is that it is consensual and negotiated, and there are usually “safe words” that participants can use to end any scene in which they are not comfortable.
