While sex and exercise are practically one in the same, you shouldn’t feel like you’re hitting the gym every time you’re on top or try a new position.

These simple stretches, stamina builders, and orgasm exercises will put you on track for the best sex of your life… without the burn.

Stretch For Sex

Hip flexor stretch with a reach – Due to way too much sitting (in the car, at the office, at your home office, etc.) our hip flexor muscles get incredibly tight while our butts get all knotted up. This leads to poor posture and decreased mobility. Whether you’re straddling, bending, or thrusting, your hip flexors are being used during sex, so you don’t want them to be stiff or lock up.

Begin by kneeling on your right knee with your left foot forward and your left (forward) knee bent to about 90°. Begin the stretch by shifting your weight forward toward your left foot while keeping your spine vertical. You should begin to feel the stretch on the front of your right hip area.

Finish this two part stretch by reaching up high and over to the left with your right arm. This will accentuate the stretch in your right hip. Switch legs and repeat.

Hold each side for 30 seconds and do it two times on each side.

Strong Is Sexy

Glute bridge – Scientists have proven that glutes are one of your biggest sexual assets. Both men and women are attracted to strong glutes because it means better thrusting power. Try this move to increase appeal and thrusting power (besides it’s sexy too!). To do it, lie on the floor with your knees bent to 90° and your feet flat on the floor. Put your arms out to the side for stability. Begin by pushing through your heels to bring your hips off the ground. Push your hips up as high as you can. Hold this position for a second before lowering back down.

Increase Your Stamina

This move will help increase strength and stamina, so next time you’ll make it to four minutes before you feel the burn.

This movement is called a squat/push-up ladder and it’s designed to strengthen some of your major muscle groups (legs, core, glutes, chest, arms, and shoulders) while providing an extra, ahem…stimulus.

To do it, you’re going to count up, like this:

1 squat, 1 pushup

2 squats, 2 pushups

3 squats, 3 pushups

You’re going to aim for 10 total times through so you end up doing 10 squats and 10 pushups.

With your hands behind your head (prisoner style) set your feet wider than your shoulders and squeeze your abs. Sit back like you’re sitting in a chair and go down as deep as you can while keeping your lower back arched. Explosively stand up.

Immediately drop into a pushup. Use a slightly-wider-than-shoulder-width hand stance. Tuck your elbows in to your sides, brace your abs, and bend your elbows. Go down till your nose almost touches the ground. Explosively push back up. (If you need to drop down to your knees as the sets progress, feel free.)

More Powerful Orgasms

This exercise is targeted towards enhancing stamina and pleasure. Kegels strengthen the muscles that contract when you have an orgasm. By strengthening the muscles, you strengthen the orgasm itself! Guys; this can also help you last longer by teaching you how to control the muscles. If that’s not enough motivation it can also increase the distance that you’re able to ejaculate.

Guys: Once erect, place a tissue on the end of your penis. Contract the muscles that you would use to stop peeing.
