For those of you ladies who have lower back problems or just can't seem to get the flow of that back arch we would suggest the Open Position With Pillow.

Using a pillow to support yourself will help fight half the battle (and possibly a backache) & give just as much pleasure. The pillow should allow her to keep her knees bent and raise her hips up to meet him as he thrusts forward. It also allows for deeper penetration. Just remember kids to use an old pillow for this!
