I used to scoff at it and think "what's the point?" and then I tried it.

Before my guy and I officially started dating, he lived pretty far away... and when I say pretty far away I mean, thousands of miles. We really didnt have much in the way of getting more intimate with each other so we tried phone sex one time. I wasn't sure what to expect and kind of let him lead it because it was the first time I'd tried anything like that. We've only done it one more time after that and with it I took more initiative.

I found it really makes you listen and learn what sounds your significant other makes and what it means. You cant see, and you cant feel (well, not them. clearly you can feel yourself haha). But you can hear.

I used to call my husband at work and get him all excited this way. Usually drove him so nuts that by the time he came home, we had to wait on dinner. Next time I get my sister to take the baby for the evening, I may just have to give him a call first.

I'm really conscious about sounds going on during sexual acts anyway, so to limit myself to just listening to our moaning and talking, it can certainly be fun. I've only done i tin the past when physical action wasn't going to happen any time soon, but I can see it being fun as a surprise, too.

I'm not either way on phone sex. It can be fun or it can be a chore dpending on the guy. Some guys can't do more than stutter while you talk dirty to them so its a bit one-sided which can be annoying. Other guys get a bit overboard which is a bit contraining as well. It does serve its purpose at times though.
