Default (Too) Sweaty Sex?

Summer is fast approaching and it gets hot where I live. Nothing is a bigger turn on than friction burns from too much sweat, let alone having to change the bed sheets because they look like someone dumped a glass of water on them. I try to not use the AC for much, and the ceiling fans just don't cut it some days. How do you manage to be close without the sweat becoming too much?

Default Try water play

Try incorporating a shower or even a tub into your sex play. It can always be a cooler shower if needed. Or just get all hot and sweaty and then take the shower together. Of course, that tends to lead to getting all hot and sweaty again but it makes for an interesting evening.

Showers are great for fun time in the summer. Also, if you have time and don't mind changing the sheets later (or do it in the bathtub), it's the perfect opportunity to play around and explore with ice. It'll cool you both down.

I have also used a blanket to cover the bed so you can get all sweaty and have all of the fun you want then just put the blanket in the laundry. I personally run the A/C a lot and the ceiling fan is on all year. We have a special blanket that is just for play time that we toss on the bed and that helps that problem a lot. We went for a while where we had to change the sheets every time because of...hmmm how to put this...she exploded and the bedding was drenched. After a couple of times of this we got the blanket out and that helped keep the sheets dry.

We have a rather small shower unfortunately so after a couple attempts at that we gave up for our own health.

We don't run the AC much as I tend to get sinus infections from the constant walking in and out of AC to heat and back, so its normally a really hot day or while sleeping kind of thing. Not to mention it saves on the electric bill. We normally turn on the fans instead.

Have you ever tried ice? Get a bowl of ice next to the bed and take turns tracing over parts of each other's bodies. It is a lot of fun and gets you hot and keeps you cool at the same time! LOL It is a good idea to have something under you like a towel or something to help keep the drips from getting to the sheets.

Water is always a plus and the ice cubes could make things more interesting for sure. I would defiantly try and keep a fan on high as well just to have something extra though. Otherwise shower fun is nice too.
