Default Glass Toys?

I've been looking at these as they intrigue me to no end: glass dildos that are supposed to heat with your body. I imagine they must be reasonably safe, kind of like Pyrex for cooking. Anyone had any experience with these or seen them in real life?

I admit, I've never heard of glass dildos, though the idea does sound interesting, so long as it's safe. I wonder if you need less lube with it?

Yeah, they're safe, and they come in a huge variety of shapes, sizes, colors (to the point of just being novelty items or "art" instead of actually using them). I've used them, but I'm not a huge fan because I prefer more "life-like" items....glass doesn't bend or adjust with your body - it's just hard. Some love 'em, some hate 'em, so just try them out.

I saw one of these glass 'toys' in a store. I was amazed and I thought judging from its size, that it must have been meant for a horse. So I agree with Alexis, that this might just have being more for art than for utility.

I admit I can be really freaky sometimes, but the idea of glass is a little scary. Do you have any reviews or anything on products like this I could read up on?

Yeah I'm a fan of stuff that bends a bit, but they just look so cool. I've never read about them breaking (being pretty thick obviously) but I'd never be able to stop thinking about what if they did. Can you imagine that trip to the ER?

I've talked to friends who have used these and they love them because you can cool or heat them for a bit to provide a range of sensations. Mostly I've heard of them put in the fridge for a while. It would seem that flexibility would be key but my friends swear by them.
